ヴァガバディズムの神クリシュナもそうだ。

ナーラーヤナは太陽の神聖さを認めつつ蓮の葉ポーズで瞑想をなす。

メンタルなイメージを具象化せよ。そうすることによって、あなたの全体のシステムは、体の隅々まで共鳴する。すなわち、メンタルイメージは肉に血に、骨に神経に、細胞に、それは分子、原子、電子の域に強烈に関わるからだ。メンタルイメージをないがしろにはできない。by seimeiwada.

集中力を高めたいと思うならば、一日二時間以上の沈黙、静寂を守り通さなければいけない。

梵我一如の我のステージはなにもない状態ではなくて.すべてがある状態である。時と場所は消えやり、無限と永遠の中にあり、現在という今の一点に“私“が凝縮してある。この状態が喜悦と永遠の生命を獲得したステージである。by seimeiwada.

If you want to increase your power of concentration you will have to observe the vow of silence every day for two hour or more.

You enter into a state of Absokute Awareness , in which time and space dissapear；every place is here；every period of time is “now“；and everything is “I“. In this state you have obtained Bliss and Eternal Life.

心を堅固なものとするやり方がある。...
鼻先に一分間視線を落としこむ。ついで三十分、一時間と継続する。それは歩いているときもなしえる。注意しないといけないことは、緊張感を持ってがん張ってやるものではない。by seimeiwada.

Fix The gaze on the top of the nose. Don't make any strained effort. Gently look at the tip of the nose. Practice for one minute in the beginning. Gradually increase to 30 minutes or one hour. This practice steadies the mind. Even when you walk in the streets keep up this practice.

RajaYogaやJnanaYogsにあって主要な集中の仕方がtratakaである。ろうそくの一点を見つめて意思力を醸成するプラクティスである。神経的症状を持っている者は忌避しないといけない。

Trataka is a method of meditation that involves staring at a single point. Trataka plays a very prominent part in Raja Yoga and Jnana Yoga. Purity the mind first through the the practise of right conduct and then take to the practise of concentration.Concentration without purity is of no use.

A Raja Yogi becomes one with the cosmic mind and know the working of all minds. The Yogi gets omniscience through the cosmic mind. The Yogi experience cosmic consciousness through the cosmic mind.

Praise others. Develop the power or vision of finding only good in others. Don't bark like a wild dog about the bad qualities of others. Glorify others. You will grow spiritually. You will be liked, honoured and respected by others.

You must train the mind properly and give it proper, pure food for assimilation. Have a Divine background of thought or mental image.

Mind is the the greatest force on this earth. He who has controlled his mind is full of powers. He can bring all minds under his influence. All diseases can be cured by psychic healing.

体を石鹸で洗うように心も綺麗にしないといけない。それには、マントラを唱え、瞑想をなし、精神についてお互いチャットをなし、また、正しい行いの実践をなす。by seimeiwada.

Just as soap cleanses the physical body so also Japa of Mantra, Dhyana, Kirtan and practice of Yama cleanses the mind of its impurities.

人は行為をしないではいられない。最も重要な書であるbhagavad-gitaでは行為をどうとらえているのか。二つの言葉が重要となる。一つはsamyasaとkarma-yogaである。前者は行為の放擲であり、後者は行為のヨーガである。samyasaは行為を止める、だがただ止めるのではない、結果を動機ととする行為を止めることを意味している。karma-yogaとはヨーガによる行為をなすことである。すなわち諸行為を絶対者ブラーフマンに委ね執着を離れて行為をなすということである。by seimeiwada

心が純真であるかどうかは如何にして見分けできるのであろうか。...
あなたが官能的喜び、それは心の罪なことではあるが、それらに無関心vairagyaであるならば、それは心が純真である。
官能的ではない欲求vasanaが心に起こるようになる。by seimeiwada.
How can I know whether I have purity of mind or not？
If you have vairagya（dispattion or indifference to sensual enjoyments）, that is a sign of chitta. No sensual desires or vasana will arise in the mind.

ブラーフマンは尽きることのない喜びの海だ。聖人は次の言葉に絶対的な真実をみだしている。Brahmanandam Parama Sukhadam Kevalam Jnanamurtim.（by seimeiwada.）

Infinite Ocean of Bliss that is Brahman.Brahmanandam Parama Sukhadam Kevalam Jnanamurtim, in this words the sages experienced that great Absolute Reality.

（捕捉；timeless不時間というときの時間は日常で流れている時間よりは意味が深い。時間の本質は継起である。物事は原因があって結果がある。その因果関係を主観の側から成り立たせているのが継起としての時間である。その時間をエポケー、判断中止せよという、そういう自我を用意することが喜悦へのステップである。）

From untruth lead me to truth, from darkness lead me to light and from death lead me to immortality.

不真実の中にあって、真実をもとめ、暗がりの中にあって、明るさをもとめ、死すべき運命の中にあって、不死を求める。by seimeiwada.

この世界は瞬時の現象である。すぐに変化し、通り過ぎていく。感覚の対象は時間と空間にあって刹那である。朽ちては、壊れていく。by seimeiwada.

This world is that which is a momentary phenomenon, that soon changes and passes.Sense-objects are temporary in time and space. They are subject to decay and destruction.

（考察；過去と未来の接続点にあるのが現在である。こうも言い得るかもしれない。現在の刹那だけがあり得て、後は記憶すなわち経験の肥やしを作る作業にしかすぎないと。この世界を見渡すに何一つとて恒久なるものはないことに気づく。昔の賢人は永遠を求めよと言う。言葉をかえるならば、変化しないものを求めよも言える。それはどういう世界か。アリストテレスの思考に、無限に大きい物体は運動できないというのがある。その意味するところは、運動には空間を必要とするから、無限に大きいということは動ける残された空間がないということである。すなわち変化しない。こころにこれを持ち込めれば、不動の境地を獲得するのに訳がないとなる。時間と空間というものは対象に主観を働かせるための形式である。一種のデバイス、部品のようなものだ。）。

非凡な人物を見いだすことができる。欲望を抑え、渇望を断ち、色の欲求を捨て、顔のラインに現れている穏やかさと平穏の感じ、この世の悲しみには縁がない。そのような人物だ。by seimeiwada.

He sees a phenomenon, a person who renounced desire, give up craving, longing for the lustful enjoyment of life, sitting with a beaming face , serene, peace reflected in every line of his feature and seemingly untouched by the sorrow of the world around him.

欲求のあるところに怒りがあり、恨みがあり敵対がある。心は落ち着かず穏やかさはない。そこには恐れと悩みと不安が生じることになる。 by seimeiwada.

Where there is desire there is anger, there is enmity, hostility and therefor restless, lack of peace and there is also fear, worry and anxiety.

Ananda喜悦は永遠の変わらない本性である。それはBrahmanである。そこからあらゆる存在があり得て、そこに向かっていく。

It is Brahman and Ananda is its eternal, unchanging nature. From this great Brahman, all being have come into being；supported by this great reality all things exist and unto this great reality are things verily moving.The devine experience of Brahman , which is Absolute Bliss.

この世の中を形づくっている名や形には本当の喜悦は存しない。その現れすなわち現象界を越えたところにこそ絶対的喜悦の根源を見いださないといけない。by seimeiwada.

There is something beyond these appearance, these vanishing names and forms, that make up this universe. Ultimate goal of all things and that great Reality beyond appearance is of the nature of bliss absolute.

この愛すべき永遠の我（Atoman）、神の子である。この地上には身体に具体化して現れた旅行者である。by seimeiwada.

Beloved Immortal Atman, children of the Divine, you who are travellers upon this earth plane in this present state of physical embodiment.

古代の書詠人知らずバガヴァッドギーター（神の詩）の世界にはい入ることにしよう。第八章。

聖人や苦行者が通過する道はPurusha‘s heaven（物質ではない本性の地）の地点である。これは古代の伝承Vedaで言うところのAksharamすなわち究極の場所である。それは死に方も含んでいる。そこにいきつくには、あらゆる感覚器官の門を閉じ、安生のもとに欲望を断ち切り、分断されてある思考にしっかりと生命力ある息吹きを注ぎ込む。かくしてブラフマンの象徴である神聖な言葉OMを唱えるのだ。by seimeiwada.

In glad peace passeth to Purusha‘s heaven. The place which they who read the Vedas name Aksharam, “ultimate；“ whereto have striven Saint and ascetics---their road is the same.That way goes he who shuts The gates of all his senses, locks desire Safe in his heart , centres the vital airs Upon his parting thought, steadfastly set；murmuring OM, the sacred syllable---Emblem of Brahman-dies,- meditating Me.

人類が発明した言葉で最大のものは神であることに異論はあるまい。

すべての根本原理たる梵（Universal Spirit）は完璧であり、あらゆる至福の源泉である。それはまたあらゆる健康、活力、力でもある。その健康、癒しの源泉をメンタルにおいて視覚化をなせ。by seimeiwada.

The Universal Spirit is all-perfect.It is a source of all-blessedness.It is all health, strength, vigour and power. Visualise mentally the center and source of all health and of all healing.

瞑想中に様々な雑念がやって来る。そのときにそれらを無理矢理に追い払うのではなく自然に過ぎ行くままにする。そうしないと脳への負担が大きくて炎上してしまう。かくして、ふたたびもとの焦点を見据えた心に戻っていく。by seimeiwada.

When many thoughts arise during the course of your meditation you should not try to eject them forcibly or try to throw them out. Simply ignore them and let them pass on.Or gently once again bring your mind back to the focal point. Carry on this process in a non-violent manner, otherwise the mind will become tired and the brain will become heated.

瞑想は内面に向けてなされる。それは現象界の諸処に対してではなく無限、永遠といった先験的な対象に向けてある。それに神性なる属性領域でもある明るさの傾向、平穏で喜悦に満ち、美しさと甘さを兼ね備えた所に基づいて瞑想はなされる。by seimeiwada.

One can meditate upon one's inner Self. It can be upon the nameless, formless, transcendental Bing, associated only with the idea of infinity and eternity, associated only with the ideas of light, peace and bliss, beauty and sweetness or such divine attributes.

さあ、とてつもない静寂のなかに這入ろうか、それは光り輝く意識をたずさえて、深い平穏のあるところ、こころの内面に住み入る。これが真実である。by seimeiwada.

The Reality is Peace. That Reality is Infinity. That Reality is stupendous Silence. That Reality is luminous consciousness. Now let us divine within and enter into that great silence, wherein deep peace abides.

瞑想をするにあたって、一時的には心の中に対象を光り輝く一点を与えたり、花などのシンボルを持ち込む、だが、究極の瞑想は梵我一如（Supreme Divine Reality）のうえになされないといけない。by seimeiwada.

An inner symbol, a bright colour spot, a flower or such symbols may be given as for objects for concentration and meditation. They are only temporary processes. But ultimately meditation is always upon Supreme Eternal Divine Reality.

瞑想は神的真実（divine reality）に向けて内面へなされるものです。綺麗なこころ、コントロールされたこころへの願書出願のようなものだ。by seimeiwada.

（輔弼；divine realityというとき、万物を司る神と自己を司る神のアイデンティティの共有が念頭にある。梵我一如の世界観である）。

Meditation is the application of the controlled and purified mind towards the process of concentration upon the divine reality which is within you.

我らの到達点とするところは、取って置きの解放を実現することにある。それは悲しみや苦しみから解き放ち死や隷属からの自由という称号を与える。それは永遠の至福と取って置きの喜びの提供である。心身をしつけて、訓練を施し成功裏に瞑想を良きものとすることである。by seimeiwada.

The goal of human life is to attain supreme liberation. This liberation liberates us from all sorrow and sufferings, confer freedom from death and bondage and bestows eternal bliss and eternal felicity. It‘s to prepare ourselves, train ourselves and engage in successful meditation.

自己実現すなわちjivanmuktiは解脱を目指すところのものである。それはAdvaita（not-two）ヴェーダンタやYogaの良くするところである。一元論の説くところは、真なる自己Atmanは万物の真実Brahmanと一致するという教えである。by seimeiwada.

訓練を施すことは、身体に対してであり、呼吸に対してである。心に対しては外部に向かう思考に対して内部に向けるようにする。外部の感覚対象に向かおうとする

（要するに；現実世界の面白おかしの感覚に従属しすぎた傾向はいかがなものか。考え方は内面に誘導していく。とりあえず訓練としては身体と呼吸にある。すなわち、気息であり、身体と思考とが結び付いたものとして捉える）。

No one wants sorrow, no one wants pain and suffering. Make the mind introspective, bring the mind within, direct it towards the inner Atman and concentrate the mind and meditate upon the Reality within.

この世のものは喜びを与えたと思いきや同じ対象が悲しみに変わる。恒久なる幸福など最初からないに等しい。ではどうあれば真なるhappinessを勝ち得ることができるのか。彼の名を呼ぶことである。自分のルーツである

Nothing in this universe has by itself an absolute ability to give you happiness. All things have only a certain utilitarian value. They are useful but they cannot give you happiness.

You have to attain realisation of that great Reality. In that Reality is great blessedness. In that Reality is freedom from sorrow, pain and suffering. That is the happiness to be attained.

単一性は自己実現の礎石である。謙遜と控え目それに純心さは

vairagyaという言葉がある。感覚からの享楽に対して平静、無関心であることである。このことは大切なことである。
